Cigar Price Watch is intended for adults age 21 and older in the United States. The site concerns tobacco products and should not be used by minors.

Information service, not a retailer

Cigar Price Watch provides informational price comparison, historical pricing and educational content. We do not sell, ship, manufacture or fulfill cigars or other tobacco products. We are not a party to transactions between visitors and third-party retailers.

Price and availability accuracy

We work to keep retailer information current, but prices, pack descriptions, inventory and promotions can change at any time. The retailer's current product page and checkout are authoritative for the final price and availability. Taxes, excise taxes, shipping fees, membership discounts, coupon eligibility and geographic restrictions may not be included in the price shown on Cigar Price Watch.

Third-party retailers

Retailers are responsible for their own legal compliance, age verification, product descriptions, payment processing, shipping restrictions, returns and customer support. A link to a retailer does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every product, statement or business practice on that retailer's website.

Affiliate relationships

Some links may be affiliate links. We may earn compensation when a visitor follows a qualifying link or completes a transaction. Affiliate compensation does not change the mathematical price-per-cigar normalization described in our Methodology.

Permitted use

You may use the public site for personal, non-commercial research and comparison. Automated access that harms site availability, bypasses technical controls, attempts to extract private systems or materially interferes with normal operation is prohibited.

No warranty

The site and its data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect retailer matching, uninterrupted price history or error-free third-party data.

Changes

We may update features, retailer coverage, ranking methods and these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
